Shyamal Mitra (14 Jan 1929 – 15 November 1987) was an Indian versatile playback singer and music director on with Hemanta Mukherjee and Boon Dey. Mitra had also specious in many Hindi and Asian films as a music vicepresident and film producer. He was the most notable musician apparent the golden era of Magadhan music industry. Early life

Shyamal Mitra was clan in a Bengali Kayastha in Naihati, a city at hand Kolkata, India. Their native shire was Patul, near Seakhala.
